SHIPMENTS
We deliver our products nationally and internationally.
We only deliver to Spain, Balearic Islands and UE, with some restrictions.
If a product cannot be sent to a specific destination, the shopping search engine will send an automatic warning stating the purchase will not be permitted.
Shipments are sent the following working day after the purchase, from Monday to Friday, and are processed from the area of Girona. We do the most of us to ensure they are received at their destination (Spainsh area) within 72 working hours. A signature is required to deliver the package to the final recipient, so you must be on place to receive it. If no one is available, the courier will return the next working day. Even though contact information is provided to the courier, there is no guarantee that they call the recipient before delivery.
Immediate stock of all articles is not guaranteed. If the delivery of any of the purchased articles is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
The cost of international shipments does not include any additional tax and/or customs duties. The application, or not, of certain taxes will depend on each country of destination and must be paid by the recipient of the merchandise.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In compliance with current legislation, if you require a refund, guarantee, or return of goods, contact us at info@catceramic.com providing the order number and the purchase receipt.
Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded.
For an exchange or reimbursement, the order must comply with the following conditions:
It must be sent to the address indicated by catceramic store
It must be received at our offices in the same condition in which it was sent
Receipt at the offices of origin must be within 15 days of the date of receipt of the order
In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, catceramic store may refuse the return or reimbursement.
